Looking back on 2023, this year has been huge year of growth for Bishopp Outdoor Advertising.
In the words of CEO, Brad Bishopp, “As we celebrate 30 years of Bishopp, I am incredibly proud of the work that our team has delivered over the past twelve months. The company has seen record growth, with the development of over 250 new advertising opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
“Our team has grown to 67. That’s 16 additions to the Bishopp Outdoor Advertising team and 4 additions to the Bishopp Billboard Construction team. We will continue to see the team grow next year, with several new roles being created in 2024.”
We have helped over 3,000 customers get their brands in front of thousands each day and are extremely proud to see local business growth. Each interaction and each solution delivered, reflects the dedication and expertise of our team.
The Commercial Team have secured partnerships with three airports, including renewing our partnership with Cairns and Mackay for a further ten years, and expanding into a new region with the acquisition of Hobart Airport. In addition, we have completed asset upgrades in Taupo, Coffs Harbour, Rotorua, Gisborne, Broome and Mackay Airports, with Cairns to be complete in January 2024.
“We are really looking forward to the launch of MOVE 2.0 and being able to provide data to our direct clients and media buyers that proves the effectiveness of out of home. As well as further providing why choosing outdoor should be supported outside of the metro markets.”
2023 has be an outstanding year for out-of-home, with the latest figures from the Outdoor Media Association showing that net media revenue has increased by 14.6% to $283.3 million in the September quarter.
There are some big projects coming in 2024, with plans to expand our team and asset portfolio considerably. Watch this space.
